A simple seasonal tire checklist

Pressure, tread, age, and even wear all matter before the season changes.

Check pressure when tires are cold and use the vehicle placard as the reference. Inspect tread depth and look for cracks, bulges, punctures, or uneven wear.

Uneven wear can be a useful clue about inflation, alignment, suspension, or rotation needs. Record the installed set and odometer so rotations are easier to plan.

A seasonal tire change is a good time to inspect the spare or mobility kit.
